The setting of this experimental video is an underground parking garage, a forbidding place where our sense of orientation falters and dark fantasies surface. But do we also consider the fact that a large natural site was lost here in exchange for our convenience? My short film deals with this subterranean site in a fairytale-like, mysterious and aesthetic manner.

 

The video was shown in the stattkino Luzern in February/March 2017 as a supporting movie to “Per Song” by Xie Shuchang.
