This is a selection of drawings I made during my sole stay in an Ayurveda retreat in Dehradun. The drawings are closely related to my mental, spiritual and physical states. Diet, treatments, enemas, laxatives, medicinal ghee: sometimes I felt sick, had severe headaches, nausea, sometimes I felt very weak. Towards the end of the three-week cure, however, also light, happy without reason, content and so completely with myself.
